Jackson Pines Explain the Punk-to-Folk Evolution of their Band

The latest episode of Roots Music Rambler is live! Frank and Falls talk to Joe and James from New Jersey-based folk rock band Jackson Pines. Both started their musical careers as more rock or even punk artists, but found footing as a folk act hanging out in Washington Square Park in New York City. They even performed and sang with legendary folk artist Pete Seeger in their evolution. In this clip, Joe and James explain how James came to be with the band and how folk made its way into their approach.
