Chicagoan Francesca Folinazzo (Frank) founded Roots Music Rambler as a music and travel blog in a pre-pandemic world. COVID killed events and travel plus her desire to play her banjo. Falls texted her in 2023 and said, 'Let's bring it back as a podcast!' He was raised on John Prine, babysat on Waylon Jennings and taught to drink and cuss the proper, mountain way. He hails from Pikeville, Ky., the birthplace of Dwight Yoakum, whose annual festival is Hillbilly Days.
The latest episode of Roots Music Rambler is live and this week’s guests are The Bibelhauser Brothers. Twin brothers Aaron and Adam are up and coming stars in the bluegrass music space with outstanding original and cover songs and that enviable blood harmony.
In this segment, Aaron and Adam talk about their growth in 2024 and their latest singles which indicates a new album is on the horizon.
Frank and Falls also share Stephen Wilson Jr.’s recent amazing cover of Ben E. King’s Stand By Me and talk about the 2025 Grammy nominations. And they offer up new Pickin’ the Grinnin’ artists for you to check out.
